We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached where applicable.

To request a return, contact us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

For eligible products fulfilled through our supplier network, the supplier is notified of the return and provides the return label, generally within 2 business days. The customer ships the item directly to the supplier using that label. Our current supplier policy does not charge a return-label fee or restocking fee.

Once the supplier receives and approves the return, we refund the product price and the original shipping charge to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can coordinate the appropriate resolution.
